You need to have a smartphone data plan and receive a monthly bill for your wireless service from AT&T. (GoPhone® or other prepaid service plans are not supported.)
You can run the app on tablets using Android 3.2 or higher. Download AT&T Messages for tablets from Google Play to your tablet and log in using your AT&T Access ID.
To use AT&T Messages on the Web, you need an HTML 5 compliant browser. For the best experience, update your browser to the latest version.

The AT&T Address Book service is being retired. AT&T Messages on the Web used Address Book to store contact information. If you had contacts appearing, they will no longer be visible nor can you create or edit existing contacts. You can still use the site to send and receive messages, however, only phone numbers will be visible.
